NYC’s Animal Medical Center Appoints Liana Everaert Executive Director of Client Relations

The Animal Medical Center today announced the appointment of Liana Everaert as Executive Director of Client Relations, ensuring that AMC exceeds client expectations for care and service.

“Liana brings strong strategic planning, marketing and sales experience in human healthcare, business development, and customer relations to this newly created position,” said Kathryn Coyne, Chief Executive Officer. “With AMC’s unwavering commitment to providing the highest quality client service, I am confident that Liana’s unique skill set and expertise will ensure all clients receive exceptional service and care at AMC.”

An experienced healthcare marketing and sales executive with proven results in management, patient satisfaction, operations and strategic planning, Ms. Everaert previously served as Marketing and Sales Director at Montclair Radiology. Ms. Everaert also served as Physician Liaison Manager for NYU Langone Medical Center and as Physician Liaison for Saint Barnabas Health Care System in New Jersey.

Ms. Everaert received her Bachelors of Animal/Equine Science from the University of West England in the UK, with a background in Equine Behavior, MRI and Embryo Transfer research. An accomplished equestrian in showjumping, Ms. Everaert has competed in Holland and England. She has two children and is the proud owner of two rescued Bengal cats (Kashi and Oban) and two turtles.
