Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging

Using state-of-the-art equipment, The AMC’s radiology team provides rapid diagnostic assessment of pets requiring medical or surgical care.

To determine prognosis and guide treatment, we offer the following diagnostic services:

• X-ray
• Radiography
• Fluoroscopy
• Contrast urogenital imaging
• Upper GI studies
• Cardiac catheterization
• Canine hip assessment (using the PennHIP method)
• Ultrasound
• CT/CAT scan
• MRI

Images from our diagnostic assessments are stored on an internet-based archive for easy retrieval and dissemination. Convenient retrieval of these images is offered to all referring veterinarians.
