Donovan, Taryn, DVM, DACVP

Staff Doctor; Head of Anatomic Pathology

Dr. Donovan graduated from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001, and the following year, completed an internship at The Animal Medical Center. After a year in general practice, she returned to Cornell for a residency in anatomic pathology. She obtained board certification with the American College of Veterinary Pathologists in 2006, and gained additional postgraduate experience through a fellowship at the Zoological Society of San Diego. Dr. Donovan oversees the necropsy service, directs interactive teaching and educational rounds at AMC, and participates in clinical research collaborations in her role as head of the Department of Anatomic Pathology at The Animal Medical Center.
